This action follows last month’s takedown of NCOBRA.org, marking two consecutive victories in defending our protected Freedmen naming systems, cultural governance frameworks, and legal identity.

The Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust has exclusive governance and naming rights under legally binding declarations, affidavits, and trademark agreements. Both officialncobraonline.org and NCOBRA.org were operating in direct violation of these protections—using terminology, frameworks, and governance claims that belong to the verified Freedmen beneficiary class.

These sites attempted to:
