Private Governance Terms

Welcome to Freedmen Nation, governed by the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust (the “Trust”).

Access to and use of Freedmen Nation’s platforms, services, business directories, events, sponsorships, or any affiliated activities is conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms:

 

• Private Jurisdiction:
  All users, corporations, institutions, and individuals interacting with Freedmen Nation agree that engagement constitutes acceptance of the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust’s exclusive private jurisdiction.

• Consent by Access:
  Accessing, browsing, submitting, sponsoring, or interacting constitutes voluntary consent to be governed by the Trust’s Private Trust Law and policies.

• Governing Law:
  All matters are governed under Tennessee Trust Law as applied through the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust’s internal governance.

​

• Dispute Resolution:
  All disputes must first undergo private mediation and arbitration under the Trust’s internal process prior to seeking any public remedies.

​

• No Waiver of Private Status:
  Nothing herein shall be construed as waiving the Trust’s private status or subjecting Freedmen Nation to public regulatory bodies except where explicitly required by law.
