Empower Freedmen Now
Protect Our Status. Enforce Our Rights. Build Our Future.

The Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust is a private legal trust established to protect, fund, and advance the rights of Verified Freedmen—those with lawful status tied to American chattel slavery and post-emancipation policy.
Operating under this Trust are two major arms:
-
The American Freedmen Legal Fund (AFLF): focused on pre-litigation legal advocacy, civil rights complaints, and strategic interventions.
-
The Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust (FRFT): dedicated to distributing reparations, protecting land, and building Freedmen-owned infrastructure—with no government control and no nonprofit limitations.
We are not a nonprofit, and we are not a public charity. This is private governance under Trust Law, and we answer only to our Freedmen beneficiaries.

Support Pre-Litigation Legal Advocacy
The American Freedmen Legal Fund exists to take early legal action before discrimination reaches the courtroom. Your donations power:
-
Public legal leaflets that challenge discrimination and misrepresentation
-
Civil rights complaint letters to institutions and corporations
-
Formal notices to government agencies
-
FOIA filings to hold agencies accountable
-
Documentation that builds standing for future litigation
We are laying the groundwork for full legal enforcement.
“The AFLF builds the legal foundation others will stand on later.”

Build Freedmen Wealth and Protection
The Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust is our engine for private economic repair. Your support funds:
