Official Public Notice: Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust Seeks Formal Recognition as the Sole Authority Over Freedmen Reparations

Updated: Mar 14

ree

I have officially declared the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust (FRFT) as the designated Freedmen-led financial institution to manage, distribute, and safeguard reparations for Freedmen Successors, the direct lineal descendants of the formerly enslaved in the United States.

This declaration has been signed, notarized, and sent to the U.S. Department of Treasury, along with key government officials, financial institutions, and advocacy groups. The FRFT is now seeking formal government recognition as the central financial entity for all reparations-related funding, including:

✔ Congressional appropriations

✔ Federal grants & Treasury allocations

✔ State & local reparations programs

✔ Private-sector reparations initiatives

No New Laws Are Needed for Reparations!

Freedmen no longer need Congress to pass new bills for reparations. The U.S. government already has the authority to allocate budgeted funds for reparations without additional legislation. Treasury allocations, executive actions, and existing budget authority are all that’s required to begin payments and economic programs for Freedmen Successors.

Call to Action for Formal Recognition

This declaration demands that the U.S. Treasury, Congress, and financial institutions formally recognize the FRFT as the central financial entity for reparations. We will pursue all necessary legal, financial, and legislative measures to ensure this recognition is granted.

Any unauthorized organizations attempting to divert or co-opt Freedmen reparations will be challenged. We are prepared to take legal action against those acting in bad faith.

Our Position Is Now on Record

The full, notarized declaration is now officially on record. The U.S. government and financial institutions must engage directly with the FRFT to ensure reparations remain under Freedmen control.

Freedmen Successors Must Unite!

This is our moment to secure economic justice for Freedmen Successors. We call on all Freedmen communities, leaders, and allies to support this demand for official recognition.
