New Declaration: Business Operations, Investments & Ownership Secured Under Trust

ree

On March 22, 2025, the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust officially executed and notarized the Declaration of Business Operations Location, Investment Requirements, & Ownership Criteria. This binding document ensures that all businesses funded, owned, or partnered with by the Trust must be located within the former Confederate states and be majority-owned by PMA Verified Freedmen.

This declaration solidifies our mission to protect economic power for Freedmen, mandating that even digital and e-commerce businesses must be headquartered in the South and hire Verified Freedmen. Relocation outside these regions is strictly prohibited, reinforcing our commitment to regional economic sovereignty.

This is a major milestone in building economic independence and generational wealth rooted in our historical Freedmen communities.
