New Appointment: Administrator for the Military Veterans Work Group

Freedmen Nation proudly announces the appointment of a new Administrator to lead the Military Veterans Work Group under the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust.

This Work Group is a dedicated space for Verified Freedmen who are military veterans to help support and uplift other Freedmen veterans. With the leadership of a new Administrator, this group will focus on building veteran-led systems of advocacy, support, and reparative justice for those who have honorably served.

About the Military Veterans Work Group

This group is tasked with:

• Identifying Verified Freedmen who served in the U.S. military

• Providing veteran-to-veteran support for healthcare, benefits, housing, and reintegration

• Creating programs that preserve and honor the legacy of Freedmen in military service

• Recommending policies that prioritize Freedmen veterans in economic and legal advocacy

• Building internal leadership and mentorship systems among veterans within Freedmen Nation
