Montgomery County Formally Attached AFLF Evidence to the ChudTheBuilder Criminal Case History

The American Freedmen Legal Fund (AFLF) has now received official confirmation from Montgomery County officials that previously submitted evidence concerning Dalton Levi Eatherly, publicly known online as “ChudTheBuilder,” has been forwarded into General Sessions Criminal and attached to the case history.

This development follows weeks of evidence preservation efforts conducted by AFLF involving:

• Public confrontation footage

• Pepper spray deployment incidents

• Weapon-related concerns

• Livestream escalation behavior

• Public intimidation concerns

• Criminal case screenshots and related records

• Statements and posts made prior to the courthouse shooting incident

The significance of this confirmation is that the material submitted by AFLF was not ignored or dismissed. The Montgomery County Circuit Court Clerk formally acknowledged receipt and confirmed the evidence would become part of the criminal case history associated with the matter.

This comes after authorities announced serious felony-related charges tied to the courthouse shooting incident in Clarksville, Tennessee, including:

• Criminal Attempt: Murder

• Employing a Firearm During a Dangerous Felony

• Aggravated Assault

• Reckless Endangerment with a Deadly Weapon

For weeks, AFLF publicly warned that the visible escalation pattern surrounding monetized confrontation content, public provocation, racial hostility, and livestream-driven conflict posed growing public safety concerns.

The issue was never about suppressing lawful speech or political disagreement. The concern was the repeated escalation of real-world confrontations tied to online monetization and audience engagement.

AFLF has also formally notified fundraising and monetization platforms that the previously submitted escalation evidence is now part of the Montgomery County criminal case history. This raises serious questions regarding platform liability, safety compliance, and continued monetization connected to ongoing violent escalation incidents.

We continue encouraging the public not to retaliate, not to engage in harassment, and to allow investigators and prosecutors to handle the matter through lawful procedures.

The safety of the Freedmen community and the broader public remains our primary concern.

Support the work of the American Freedmen Legal Fund as we continue documenting public safety concerns, preserving evidence, and advocating for the protection of the Freedmen community.
