Major Milestone Achieved: FRFT Approved by First Bank Attorneys in Tennessee!

After an intense week of hard work, negotiations, and legal review, we are proud to announce that the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust (FRFT) has officially been approved by First Bank’s Attorneys in Tennessee!

This approval marks a critical step forward in securing financial infrastructure for Freedmen Reparations, ensuring that our Trust is recognized and authorized to operate at the highest standards.

First Bank will serve as an alternative to Fidelity, further strengthening our ability to manage and distribute reparations funds securely and efficiently.

Starting in 2026, Verified Freedmen in Freedmen Nation, under our PMA Governance, will begin receiving reparations payments through the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust. This milestone ensures that reparations remain in Freedmen control, free from government commissions or third-party interference.

This is a testament to dedication, persistence, and the commitment to making reparations a reality. Thank you to everyone who played a role in this achievement—this is just the beginning!
