The Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust has formally entered into a commercial licensing agreement with inventor Anthony Knight, a Verified Freedmen, regarding the innovative Bright-Grips Illuminated Lineman Pliers.
This agreement establishes the Trust as a commercial licensee for the Bright-Grips product and positions the institution to support its commercial development, licensing opportunities, and marketplace enforcement.
Bright-Grips illuminated lineman pliers were designed to assist professionals working in low-light environments, allowing electricians, mechanics, HVAC technicians, and other skilled tradesmen to safely cut, strip, crimp, and manage wiring with improved visibility. The integrated lighting system enables users to work more efficiently when lighting conditions are limited.
Under the terms of the agreement, the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust will assist with:
• Commercial licensing and distribution opportunities
• Institutional promotion of the product
• Supplier and marketplace engagement
• Monitoring and enforcement of unauthorized commercial activity
The Trust regularly works with Verified Freedmen innovators and entrepreneurs to help bring new ideas and technologies into the marketplace while protecting ownership and commercial rights.
This agreement reflects the Trust’s broader mission to support economic infrastructure, innovation, and commercial opportunity within the Freedmen community.
Businesses or suppliers interested in Bright-Grips distribution opportunities may contact the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust for further information.

AW, As a USPTO Inventors, You and I. We ventured to create products that makes life easier.
Overseas combat missions, lighting the handles of my lineman pliers was useful for me to get in and out of harm's way. I never thought about sharing my trade secret at the time.
And it was my better half years later, asked was I ever going to complete that drawing in the garage for those lighted pliers.
She was my inspiration, 7 years with Patent Issued...And more than 16,000 units sold.
We look forward to opening up doors and pathways within Freedmen nation keep it moving.

This is awesome Invention 🎉🎉. I had two prototype's designs on a CAD file. I never did a patent due to cost. I have always said if I can't have it produce then I would love to sell the design prototypes for toy & housewares.
