Freedmen Nation Appoints International Criminal Court (ICC) Administrator to Advance Global Justice

Updated: Apr 15

In a historic move to elevate the voice of American Freedmen on the international stage, Freedmen Nation has officially appointed a dedicated International Criminal Court (ICC) Administrator under the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust. This strategic appointment reinforces Freedmen Nation’s commitment to seeking global accountability for crimes and injustices committed against the Freedmen status.

This pivotal step serves as a foundation for advancing international claims, legal filings, and direct communications with the ICC. The appointed Administrator will be responsible for overseeing legal strategy and documentation for crimes that violate Freedmen human rights, dignity, and international protections.

For generations, Freedmen—those whose lineage traces directly to the formerly enslaved in the United States—have endured systemic exclusion, state-sanctioned violence, and policy-based harm. By engaging with the ICC, Freedmen Nation is expanding the fight for justice beyond domestic borders and into the international human rights arena.

This appointment signifies:

  • Recognition of Freedmen as a protected class under international law.

  • Preparation of formal complaints and case files for ICC consideration.

  • A growing infrastructure of legal and policy support through the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust.

This initiative demonstrates that Freedmen Nation is not only committed to reparative justice within U.S. courts and policy—but also in holding perpetrators accountable through global legal systems.

Freedmen Nation will continue to lead with purpose, protecting Freedmen identity, legacy, and status—both nationally and globally.
