This declaration establishes the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust as the sole legal authority for Freedmen verification and ensures that no external entity—whether nonprofit, university, or government agency—can create or implement a separate Freedmen verification system.

🔹 What This Declaration Means for Freedmen

✅ The Trust is the only legally recognized body for Freedmen verification.

✅ No government agency, nonprofit, or external group (including NAARC, N’COBRA, ADOS, universities, or local commissions) can define or verify Freedmen status.

✅ Freedmen Nation’s verification process must be used for all official Freedmen-based programs, including reparations, scholarships, business grants, and governance.

✅ Any attempt to bypass this verification process will be legally challenged.

This declaration protects Freedmen identity, prevents unauthorized groups from redefining Freedmen status, and ensures that reparations and benefits remain exclusive to verified Freedmen.

🔹 Why This Is Important

For too long, external organizations and government agencies have attempted to control the definition of Freedmen identity—diluting our lineage-based claim to reparations by including non-Freedmen.

With this legally binding declaration, we now have the power to:

🚨 Challenge universities, reparations commissions, and agencies that attempt to verify Freedmen status outside of the Trust’s system.
