Woni Spotts serves as a Cultural & Genealogical Consultant within the Educational Institutions and Peer Review framework of the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust.

 

In this role, she contributes subject matter expertise in genealogy, cultural history, and historical documentation practices. Her work supports the development of institutional standards, research frameworks, and peer review processes related to Freedmen historical and educational initiatives.

Her contributions are focused on:

  • Genealogical research guidance

  • Cultural and historical context support

  • Review input on educational and institutional materials

  • Framework development for structured research and documentation

 

Woni’s role is non-operational and advisory in nature, ensuring that her expertise is applied within a structured, scalable system while maintaining the integrity of institutional processes.
