The City of Tulsa has officially acknowledged receipt of the Formal Notice of Jurisdiction from the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust, as confirmed by an email response from Tulsa’s 311 Customer Care Center.
The response, received at 9:08 AM CST, confirms that our jurisdictional declaration has been forwarded directly to the Mayor’s Office and assigned a case number. This is a key step in ensuring that Tulsa is on formal notice regarding the Trust’s legal standing and historical authority concerning Freedmen affairs in the region.
