# Help AFLF Release the Public Report
The American Freedmen Legal Fund has completed a comprehensive evidence report regarding Dalton Levi Eatherly, publicly known as “ChudTheBuilder,” and submitted it for official review connected to the Montgomery County case record.
This report documents weeks of public safety concerns, escalation evidence, platform activity, court records, public confrontation footage, and the steps AFLF took before and after the courthouse shooting.
The official version has already been sent to the proper authorities. This includes materials submitted for review by the District Attorney, Sheriff, and General Sessions Criminal personnel.
Now, AFLF is preparing a redacted public version for community transparency.
When we reach $50,000 in support, we will release a public version that protects sensitive information while showing the work AFLF performed to document, preserve, and elevate serious public safety concerns.
This is what legal advocacy looks like in practice: evidence preservation, formal reporting, public accountability, and protection of the Freedmen community.
