The Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust proudly welcomes The House of Daniel as our newest Digital Freedmen Historical Marker Sponsor.

The House of Daniel has chosen to place its family and business name in the historical preservation record while supporting the documentation, mapping, education, maintenance, and long-term preservation of Freedmen history.

Their official acknowledgment is represented by Digital Marker ID DFHM-2026-0001 on the Freedmen Nation Eco Locator.

The House of Daniel shared:

“Our house supports the Freedmen Historical Preservation Program because at the end of the day we’re all we got and will be the last ones left. HALLELUYHWH!”

We thank The House of Daniel for investing in preservation and helping build a historical record that future generations can see, study, and remember.

Become a Freedmen Historical Marker Sponsor

Individuals, families, businesses, churches, and community supporters can place their name or business in history by becoming a Freedmen Historical Marker Sponsor.

Digital sponsorships begin at $500 and help FRFT fund historical research, documentation, digital mapping, cemetery and burial-ground preservation, marker creation and installation, cleaning, maintenance, repairs, vandalism response, and long-term preservation.

Sponsorship also helps fund FRFT’s work with Verified Freedmen by supporting genealogy and historical-record research, documentation of family connections to historical properties and burial grounds, preservation advocacy, land and cemetery research, and the institutional work required to protect and document Verified Freedmen history.

Your sponsorship helps ensure that Verified Freedmen history, historical sites, family records, and burial grounds are documented, protected, and preserved for future generations.

Preserve history. Build legacy. Place your name or business in history.
