The Freedmen Donor Advocacy Department is actively recruiting individuals who speak with clarity, conviction, and purpose. If you’re tired of endless “we should” conversations and ready to engage in real-world change, this is your opportunity.

Whether you’re seeking part-time flexibility or full-time commitment, this role allows you to support your community while building personal and professional value. As a Donor Advocate, you will play a key role in helping the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust secure critical financial support to fund its ongoing protection, verification, and reparations work for Freedmen families nationwide.

About the Trust

The Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust was created to secure, manage, and distribute reparative funds and legal protections specifically for Verified Freedmen — a constitutionally recognized status group directly descended from U.S. chattel slavery. This is not a race-based movement. We operate through a lineage-based, legal, and cultural classification — with verified authority over the Freedmen identity.

Our mission includes:

• Protecting the naming rights, governance, and jurisdiction of the Freedmen status group.

• Providing genealogical verification and estate protection for descendants.

• Enforcing intellectual property rights against misuse of Freedmen culture, symbols, and terminology.

• Building a long-term reparations infrastructure backed by legal standing and cultural authority.

What Do Donor Advocates Do?

Donor Advocates are trained to:

• Represent the Trust in one-on-one and group donor sessions.

• Guide prospective supporters through the giving process.

• Clearly explain the purpose, legal framework, and goals of the Trust.

• Convert meaningful conversations into active donor partnerships that help fund the mission.

💼 This is not a volunteer position. It is a fully compensated referral-based opportunity. Donor Advocates receive compensation for every Sponsor Donor they bring into the Trust network. You’ll be helping fund a national effort — and getting paid to do it.
