Boycott: Myron Gaines of Fresh & Fit for Harrassment

Freedmen Nation has officially initiated a boycott of Myron Gaines, co-host of the Fresh & Fit Podcast, due to his ongoing threats, harassment, and hostile behavior toward Freedmen, in addition to his unauthorized use of copyrighted material owned by Rockstar Games. This decision was not made lightly, but it is necessary to uphold the dignity, safety, and collective strength of the Freedmen community.

The Pattern of Harmful Behavior

Myron Gaines has established a clear and documented pattern of targeting Freedmen voices, using his platform to intimidate, demean, and provoke individuals who advocate for reparations, lineage-based justice, and American Freedmen identity. He has created an environment of harassment—often through aggressive speech, veiled threats, and dismissive rhetoric aimed at shutting down Freedmen discourse.

These acts are not random—they are calculated responses to the rise of Freedmen-centered platforms and efforts to correct historical injustices. Myron Gaines has used his influence to undermine legitimate movements, spread misinformation, and mock the struggles of Freedmen, particularly those rooted in the legacy of U.S. slavery and constitutional protections under the 13th and 14th Amendments.

Weaponizing Platforms Against Freedmen

While Fresh & Fit markets itself as a “self-improvement” podcast, Myron Gaines has leveraged the platform to harass Freedmen advocates both directly and indirectly—including through his fan base. Reports of online stalking, doxxing threats, and targeted social media attacks have surfaced, with many pointing to the Fresh & Fit community as a central source.

This type of hostility is a direct threat to the psychological safety and organizing power of Freedmen, and it will not be tolerated.

The Copyright Infringement Issue

As a separate but related matter, Myron Gaines has been repeatedly reported for using Rockstar Games’ intellectual property in his podcast intro without permission. Despite multiple certified letters and emails sent to Take-Two Interactive—accompanied by video evidence—Gaines continues to use the infringing intro on YouTube and Rumble, while strategically avoiding it on X to escape enforcement.

This shows a clear disregard for lawful boundaries, a behavior consistent with how he engages with the Freedmen community: dismissive, reckless, and unaccountable.

Our Response: Full Boycott

Effective immediately, Freedmen Nation is boycotting Myron Gaines and the Fresh & Fit Podcast.

We call on all Freedmen and allies to:

• Unfollow and disengage from his platforms.

• Report any instances of harassment or copyright infringement.

• Uplift Freedmen voices that advocate for justice, truth, and reparative policy.

We will not support individuals who use their platform to threaten our people, mock our lineage, or violate the rights of others—whether legal, historical, or human.

This boycott is about protecting Freedmen spaces, and sending a clear message:

You cannot threaten, exploit, or silence us without consequence.
