Boycott: Freedmen Nation Rejects Xaviaer DuRousseau’s Harmful Rhetoric

ree

In light of continued inflammatory and defamatory statements made by @XaviaerD against an unverified Freedmen youth, Freedmen Nation is officially calling for a nationwide boycott of Xaviaer DuRousseau and all media platforms that choose to amplify his rhetoric.

Despite repeated warnings and a formal statement from the American Freedmen Legal Fund, Mr. DuRousseau has chosen to escalate the situation—mocking legal accountability while minimizing the constitutional right to due process. Most recently, he posted a video on X (Twitter), sarcastically drinking a smoothie and declaring: “SUE ME. Austin Metcalf should be ALIVE.” This performance, coupled with his prior statements referring to a minor who has not been convicted as “evil” and saying he “belongs in prison,” illustrates not only gross irresponsibility but a deliberate attempt to provoke and polarize.

Here is what we must remember:

  • Karmelo Anthony remains an unverified Freedmen youth. He is a minor and remains legally innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

  • The Freedmen community does not tolerate mob justice, public character assassination, or the targeting of our youth—especially not under the guise of free speech that causes measurable harm.

  • Mr. DuRousseau’s repeated attacks are not rooted in justice—they are rooted in political spectacle.

Therefore, Freedmen Nation is calling for the following actions:

  1. Unfollow and block @XaviaerD on all platforms.

  2. Do not support or appear on shows, podcasts, or media segments where he is featured.

  3. Urge sponsors, platforms, and hosts to disassociate from his brand and commentary.

  4. Support legal efforts by the American Freedmen Legal Fund in defending our community’s right to due process and youth protection.

  5. Stay unified—because when we protect our vulnerable, we protect our future.

This is not about silencing dissent. This is about demanding responsible speech, lawful accountability, and respect for our children. Xaviaer DuRousseau is not above consequences—and Freedmen Nation will not remain silent while one of our own is targeted for clout.
