Freedmen Nation PMA (Supporting FRFT Financial Compliance)

Dawn Alston Paige serves as Administrator for the Finance & Compliance Department and Lead for the Donor Advocacy Department within the Freedmen Nation PMA. She oversees donor-facing strategy, compliance systems, fiduciary protocols, auditing frameworks, and interdepartmental financial coordination. Her work ensures that PMA financial operations remain aligned with FRFT’s private-trust requirements.

Drawing on more than two decades of experience in asset management, economic justice organizing, institutional policy development, fiscal analysis, and strategic communications, Dawn provides a rare blend of financial expertise and governance discipline. Her background as a portfolio manager, investment executive, real-estate developer, and compliance strategist informs her ability to build rigorous financial infrastructures.
