Connie Collins serves as the Executive Strategic Officer and Administrator over Media & Communications for the Freedmen Nation PMA. In this role, she leads national communications strategy, public-facing messaging, digital infrastructure, and multi-platform outreach. Her work ensures clarity and consistency in how the PMA’s governance structure, Verified Freedmen status, and Trust-aligned initiatives are presented across all public domains.

With a professional background spanning strategic communications, community engagement, organizational leadership, and policy-aligned messaging, Connie provides high-level oversight for brand integrity, public education, and stakeholder communications. She specializes in translating complex governance frameworks into accessible messaging that strengthens public understanding of PMA-based authority and Trust-supported initiatives.
