Brooke Sinclair serves as the Administrator for the International Criminal Court (ICC) Workgroup within Freedmen Nation PMA, where she oversees the organization, evaluation, and management of documentation and analytical materials related to international accountability and governance review efforts.

In her role supporting the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust (FRFT), Ms. Sinclair contributes to the development of structured evidence frameworks, data organization standards, and internal review processes aligned with Trust governance objectives. Her work supports the Trust’s commitment to historical documentation, institutional accountability, and disciplined review methodology.
