The Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust has received the final FOIA response from the U.S. Department of the Treasury under Case #2025-FO-00112, confirming receipt and processing of our Declaration of Sole Authority.
This formal acknowledgment—issued without objection, denial, or challenge—solidifies our position under private irrevocable trust law. Our notice has been served, our record established, and our legal jurisdiction is now active.
What This Means:
The U.S. government has received our legal declaration and chosen not to dispute it.
Under trust and administrative law, unrebutted notice carries enforceable legal weight.
The Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust is now operating as the recognized legal and governance body for Verified Freedmen reparations, status verification, and self-determined reparative infrastructure.
We are not a nonprofit. We are not a program. We are a private legal trust operating under standing authority.
This is a milestone rooted in law, not symbolism.
Our Next Phase:
With the record established and our authority standing, we are advancing the Freedmen Nation’s infrastructure:
Reparative finance and the Freedmen Treasury
Status verification under legal trust protocols
Land protection and economic governance
Cultural and legal enforcement of Freedmen self-determination
We are moving forward—not waiting for permission.

This acknowledgment will remain a cornerstone of our trust’s legal record. We invite those committed to justice and lawful reparations for Verified Freedmen to read and understand the framework now in motion.
