The U.S. Treasury Has Responded – I Have 30 Days to Reply

ree

The U.S. Treasury has officially responded to my FOIA request regarding the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust (FRFT). They have acknowledged receipt but did not confirm or deny FRFT’s authority over Freedmen reparations.

They have given me 30 days to provide additional details, and I am preparing my response now.

The Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust (FRFT) is setting the groundwork for Direct Cash Payments to Freedmen through government allocations—without the need for a reparations bill. My focus remains on Historical Economic Harm and ensuring that reparations go directly to Freedmen Successors, not third parties or external institutions.

Additionally, my amended declaration affirms that Freedmen can opt in under Freedmen Nation’s PMA (Private Membership Association)—creating a secure, self-governed framework to receive and protect reparations funding. Those that do not opt-in, will receive cash payments directly.

This is just the beginning. Freedmen must control their own reparations. Stay tuned for updates.
