SOULAAN Sellers Now Required to Complete Application Process

The marketplace is shifting—and the standards are now official.

Due to the rapid increase in interest from entrepreneurs, business owners, and independent sellers, the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust has formally implemented a Soulaan Licensed Seller Application process.

This marks the transition from informal inquiries to a structured, controlled onboarding system.

Why This Change Was Necessary

We are now receiving consistent requests from individuals seeking to sell SOULAAN-branded products across online platforms and local markets.

Without a formal process, this creates:

  • Inconsistent use of the SOULAAN name

  • Unauthorized commercial activity

  • Lack of accountability among sellers

  • Increased risk of misclassification and brand dilution

The application process resolves this by creating a clear entry point and review system for all sellers.

What the Application Process Does

All prospective sellers must now complete the Soulaan Licensed Seller Application before any authorization is considered.

This process allows the Trust to:

  • Review business structure and intent

  • Evaluate product concepts and sales channels

  • Confirm Status Verification requirements

  • Determine eligibility for licensing

No seller will be approved without completing this step.

Status Verification Remains Required

In addition to the application, all sellers must be Status Verified.

This ensures that:

  • Sellers are properly aligned with the Trust’s framework

  • Participation is structured and documented

  • Commercial activity remains protected and controlled

Applicants who are not yet verified will be required to begin that process before approval can move forward.

What Happens After Submission

Once an application is submitted:

  1. The Trust reviews the business and product intent

  2. Status Verification is confirmed or initiated

  3. Approved applicants move to authorization and licensing

  4. Sellers are formally onboarded into the SOULAAN ecosystem

This ensures every seller operating under the SOULAAN name is approved, documented, and accountable.

This Is a Controlled Marketplace

The days of open, unauthorized use are ending.

We are actively enforcing across platforms and documenting all unauthorized commercial activity. Sellers who are not approved will continue to be:

  • Identified

  • Reported

  • Removed

The path forward is clear:

Apply. Get Verified. Get Licensed.

Start the Process

If you are interested in becoming a Licensed SOULAAN Seller, you must now begin through the official intake process.

Final Word

This is not just growth—it is structure.

The SOULAAN marketplace is now being built with:

  • Defined entry points

  • Verified participation

  • Controlled commercial use

If you want to be part of it, the application process is now the first step.
