Introducing the FRFT Family & Investment Trust Support Program – Coming 2026

The Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust (FRFT) is proud to announce the upcoming launch of the Family & Investment Trust Support Program, beginning in 2026.

This new initiative will guide Verified Freedmen in how to properly establish and operate Family Trusts and Investment Trusts, offering an additional layer of structure and protection under the verified Freedmen governance framework.

Why We’re Introducing This

Many Freedmen have never been taught how to create or manage a trust. Yet, trust law is one of the most important tools for protecting property, heirs, and generational assets.

Through this program, the FRFT will provide education, mentorship, and structured oversight, giving every household the ability to build secure Family and Investment Trusts — with confidence that each step aligns with lawful state trust requirements and FRFT governance standards.

How the Program Works

The Family & Investment Trust Support Program will include:

  • Step-by-Step Formation Guidance

Clear instruction on how to set up Family and Investment Trusts correctly — including trustees, beneficiaries, and asset documentation.

  • FRFT Oversight & Mentorship

FRFT will provide oversight through monthly or annual monitoring options to ensure trusts remain active, compliant, and properly recorded.

  • Structured Donation-Based Participation

Each trust setup and monitoring plan will be based on a set donation amount, supporting the national mission of the FRFT while providing direct fiduciary mentorship.

What Makes This Different

This program introduces something no other system provides — an additional layer of verification and governance through the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust.

By working within the FRFT structure, Verified Freedmen will not only learn how to establish a lawful private trust under state law, but also receive documentation and verification that their trust is recognized within the FRFT’s national framework for cultural and fiduciary protection.

Get Ready for 2026

The Family & Investment Trust Support Program will be open exclusively to Verified Freedmen.

To prepare, individuals are encouraged to complete their verification now through:

Verification ensures eligibility and provides the foundation for trust development, oversight, and national record recognition under the FRFT.

This marks the beginning of a new era in Verified Freedmen governance — where families can build, operate, and protect their trusts under an organized national system that adds both accountability and generational strength.
