To maintain order, accuracy, and public trust, we are implementing clear boundaries for all Administrators, Volunteers, and verified participants working under Freedmen Nation or the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust.
Effective immediately:
Only authorized individuals may publicly represent Freedmen Nation or the Trust in online forums, X Spaces, or digital discussions.
No one may speak on behalf of the Trust without explicit written approval.
Verified individuals and Administrators engaging online must distinguish personal opinions from official Trust positions.
Any misuse of the name “Freedmen Nation” or references to the Trust in unauthorized public statements will result in immediate review and possible removal from Trust-related roles.
This policy protects the integrity of our work and ensures that all engagement aligns with our mission and legal obligations.
We are committed to transparency, respect, and lawful representation. These protocols ensure that your rights, benefits, and legacy as Verified Freedmen are not compromised by misrepresentation or misinformation.
For questions or to request authorization to speak publicly, contact the Primary Trustee’s Office at HERE.
