A Historic Step Forward: Lobbying Firm Engaged to Advance Freedmen Policy Protections

ree

The Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust (FRFT) has taken a historic and strategic step forward by executing a Letter of Intent to engage professional lobbying support on behalf of Verified Freedmen. This marks the first time a lobbying firm will formally represent our protected status, verification framework, and internal governance structure in policy spaces that directly affect our people.

This engagement is not symbolic—it is foundational. It secures the Trust’s role in shaping public policy, reparative frameworks, and institutional recognition of the Freedmen status. The lobbying support will focus on stakeholder outreach, formal briefings, strategy meetings, and the development of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) to establish the Trust’s legal and cultural jurisdiction in all matters concerning Verified Freedmen.

We are currently raising funds to fulfill the terms of this engagement. The Trust has a short window to activate the full contract, and your support is essential. This is not a campaign driven by racial generalizations or pan-ethnic narratives. It is a focused political strategy rooted in status-based protections and governance.

This moment is unprecedented. Our people are no longer asking to be seen—we are structuring our recognition.

Together, we are building the future our ancestors were promised.
