New Administrator Appointed to Strengthen Financial Oversight for Freedmen Nation


We are proud to announce the appointment of a new Administrator to lead the development of a specialized form for the Finance & Compliance Work Group of Freedmen Nation. This form will serve as a vital administrative tool to strengthen transparency, accountability, and internal governance across all operations of the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust (FRFT).


This appointment marks another important step in building a strong, trust-governed financial infrastructure that supports Verified Freedmen Beneficiaries. As we continue to expand our reparative work—through the Treasury, the Freedmen Credit Units, and strategic land acquisitions—this initiative will help ensure every dollar is documented, justified, and used in alignment with our mission of reparative justice and economic sovereignty.


The Administrator’s first priority will be to implement a secure, user-friendly submission system for:


  • Expense justifications

  • Sponsorship funds

  • Licensing revenue

  • Reparations payouts

  • Compliance audits


Every aspect of this system will reinforce our status-based model and uphold the fiduciary duties of the Trust.
